Shux Y'all Fire Roasted Corn

Our trailer is more than just a place to grab the best fire roasted corn in the deep south, we have much, much more. We started this journey in a small horse trailer we converted into "The Corn Wagon".

Fire Roasted Corn

We have a specially designed corn roaster that perfectly roast each batch of corn every time. This and our specialty spices can make the perfect ear every time.

Mr. Chip "The Corn Man" Roberts feeding the corn roaster, making Shux corn Hot & Fresh right off the roaster at every event.

Private Catering with the original corn trailer.

We offer private catering with our famous Fire Roasted Corn.

These special events have a 200 ear minimum and travel. Give us a call if your interested. (Please keep in mind this is for Fire Roasted Corn only.)

We can offer you full service catering also.

If you business or group would be interested in our full service catering we can arrange this as well. So if you needs are 100-800 people just let us know.
